You can select your primary device from the canvas settings panel


MiniMap

Click on the the Map Icon Button in the bottom-right corner. It opens a minimap that lets you pan across the canvas quickly and also let's you zoom in / zoom out. Very helpful if you have large canvas with lots of nodes.


Vertical Toolbar

The vertical toolbar at the bottom-left has buttons to:

Tidy up the canvas

Fit view to fit all the nodes into the view

Zoom In / Out


Side View

Side view is a maximized view of a node. This helps you focus on one node (chat node/ text node) at a time. You can toggle the side view by pressing the sideview button on the top right corner or by pressing Ctrl / Cmd + .


Creating and Managing Nodes

Create a node

Double-click anywhere or right-click → Choose a Node.


Select multiple

Hold Shift and drag across nodes.


Center a node

Double-click its header to focus the view.


Right-click menu

Right-click anywhere on the canvas to open the context menu for view, node, and window options.


Canvas Settings

Click the settings icon at the top-right of the canvas.

Choose Canvas movements

Touchpad (pan)

move around the canvas using two fingers.

Mouse (scroll wheel)

zoom in/out with the scroll wheel.

Choose the Default AI Model for new chat nodes.


Search on the Canvas

Use ⌘K / Ctrl+K to find nodes, content, and messages.

Local Search: Quick keyword-based search across content.

AI Search: Semantic search for intent-based results ( requires cloud sync ).


Export Options

Click the Download button ( ) in the top-right toolbar of the canvas, or right-click anywhere on the canvas to export your work in either Markdown or JSON format.
